Terms Of Service

Hi there! if you are interested of commissioning me, here are my terms of service, please read this carefully before commissioning me, by commissioning me I am assuming you agree to this terms and conditions.

Payment and rules!●For people outside of Bolivia: Payment is only via Paypal and in USD
●Para la gente EN Bolivia: Pueden pagar por medio de una transferencia QR simple. Los precios solo se van a cambiar del dólar a bolivianos (como el cambio es tan alto podemos llegar a un acuerdo, escribeme c:)
●Payment will ALWAYS be in FULL , after I deliver and you approve the sketch
●Once you pay for the drawing it belongs to you, however Im the creator and you must CREDIT ME. You cannot claim you made it.
●If you commission me to design a character along with you, you can sell the character with whatever art you paid me to do. But you must CREDIT ME (again)
●I reserve the right to post the drawing on my socials and use it for my portfolio
● YOU CANNOT FEED AI WITH MY ART
●If you CANCEL a commission I will charge whatever progress that has already been made, Sorry but NO FULL REFUNDS.
●Please be patient, I usually finish in a max of 2 weeks but if anything happens i´ll let you know.I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE A COMMISSION FOR ANY OR NO REASON

●Scenes (with complex backgrounds, this could add an extra charge depending on complexity)

●Mecha/Pokemon/digimon characters
●Humans
●Vore or any fetish art I feel uncomfortable with
●Hate speech/political art
●Anything with minors
●Real People (not even in a furry version)
●Anything involving incest, beastiality, or anything like that (if you actually like that stuff please don´t even follow me)I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE A COMMISSION FOR ANY OR NO REASON

Base of 65$ (could be more depending on complexity)
Inlcudes a shaded fullbody with a complex background, props, lighting and you can even add dialogues/extras

TELEGRAM STICKERS
Individual sticker 7$
Pack of 12 Stickers 70$
You must provide references of the stickers you´d like, either by photos, similar stickers or emojis + text

REFERENCE SHEET
Option A
Includes 1 fullbody, 1 halfbody of the back view, 3 chibis with different outfits, small headshot for the color palette and space for a extended info 65$ (sorry the example is a bit old)
Option B
Includes 2 fullbodies (front and back view), 1 chibi for outfit, small headshot for the color palette, space for any detail (wings, tails, alternate look, etc) and a small space for info 65$Designing the character adds +10$

NSFW IS +20$ In both fullbody and Full illustration pieces (ask for examples by DM)
